Pastoral Team

Pastor Prince is the senior pastor and a founding member of New Creation Church, and he serves with the church on a voluntary basis. A dynamic, humorous, and anointed speaker, he has a passion for God’s Word and a heart for His people. He ministers to pastors around the world and is a visionary leader whose desire is to see lives transformed and empowered through the gospel of grace.

Lawrence Lim carries a strong preaching anointing and regularly preaches at our English services on Sundays, pointing people to Jesus and His finished work. He has a passion to see lives transformed and for people to experience healing and restoration. Beyond the pulpit, Lawrence also pastors the young working adults in our church and is actively involved in prison ministry, bringing hope to inmates. He also sits on the board of the church's community service arm, reaching communities in Singapore and beyond.

Gabriel Tan loves people and carries a deep desire to see families touched and transformed by God’s love. He ministers to the congregation and provides pastoral oversight to leaders and volunteers in the creative and productions ministries—including Broadcast, Sound, Visual Arts, and Worship. A regular preacher at the English services, Gabriel also plays a strategic role in mentoring leaders and strengthening the pastoral culture across the church.

Lim Lian Neo is a dynamic and effervescent teacher and preacher who believes that understanding God’s grace and favour transforms hearts and lives from the inside out. Passionate about equipping young ones with a strong foundation in God’s Word, she leads Rock Kidz, the ministry for children aged 12 and below, committed to helping them get a head start in life rooted in faith and God’s truth.

Alvin Kang leads DARE, the youth group for secondary school students. A former teacher with a big heart for the next generation, he is passionate about reaching young people and seeing them walk in God’s purpose for their lives. Inspiring and full of energy, Alvin empowers youths to rise up, take ownership of their faith, and make a meaningful impact in the house of God.

Caleb Wee desires to see lives set free through the preaching of God’s Word, and he is passionate about equipping leaders to make an impact for Jesus. With over two decades of experience ministering to the church community, Caleb carries a deep love for God’s people. He also has a heart for ministering to the seniors in our church family, supporting them in this season of life.

Christina Wee discovered her pastoral calling in visiting and ministering to the church members and bringing comfort and hope to those in distress. She is actively involved in reaching out to the elderly in the community. With a compassionate heart, she finds joy in witnessing lives transformed by the power of the gospel. Christina is passionate about seeing God’s love and healing flow into the lives of others, lifting them from brokenness into His glory and grace.

Daniel Chong leads The Zone, the church’s youth ministry. Passionate about seeing young people encounter Jesus, he is an inspiring and caring leader who has impacted countless lives over the years. Daniel also carries a strong worship anointing, and many have been deeply touched by the Lord’s presence and power through his ministry. His heart is to raise a generation rooted in Christ and His love.

Darren Sim is a volunteer pastor passionate about mentoring the next generation of believers, with a deep desire to see them know Jesus intimately and grow in their faith. A visionary leader, he manages Joseph Prince Ministries and actively pioneers new initiatives to extend the gospel of grace to every nation, bringing hope and transformation through the power of Christ.

Edwin Lim has served in various people-oriented ministries over the years and firmly believes that a strong relationship with Christ is key to a blessed life and joyful home. Approachable and caring, he is passionate about seeing believers thrive. He provides pastoral care to the wider congregation and oversees the Service Experience Team, the Safety & Security ministry, and the care groups in the East Zone.

Gideon Lim is passionate about serving the body of Christ in every capacity God has called him to. A former banker with a caring heart, he believes in the potential of people and that they can walk in their victorious destiny through a close relationship with Jesus and a revelation of His finished work. Gideon pastors the congregation at large and also serves as the church’s general manager.

Henry Yeo is one of the church’s pioneer leaders, with over 40 years of ministry experience since graduating from Bible school. A passionate lover of God’s Word, he preaches and counsels with wisdom. Henry carries a strong anointing for healing and often ministers to the sick. He also oversees the Logistics & Transport ministry, care groups in the West Zone and Central Zone, and the church’s counselling and healing teams.

Jeannie Yeo is committed to serving God in every role He calls her to. Having personally experienced God’s goodness, she longs for others to encounter the same. Believing that every individual is precious to God, Jeannie desires to see people receive a personal revelation of His love and walk confidently as His beloved. She currently pastors the care groups in the North Zone.

Jeffrey Tan is an affable leader with a passion for leading people into a life-giving relationship with Jesus Christ. Serving as a volunteer pastor, he ministers to the congregation and oversees the Widows Support Group. Gifted with a strong worship anointing, Jeffrey plays a key role in raising worship leaders and musicians within the care group and life group communities.

Joash Siow firmly believes that a revelation of God’s grace through Jesus’ finished work is the key to breaking bondages and transforming lives. As the ministry leader for Pastoral Services, he actively ministers and provides counsel to the congregation at large. Joash also pastors care groups in the Northeast Zone, with a heart to see believers grow strong in their walk with the Lord.

Jude Jiow is passionate about serving the body of Christ and seeing believers live victorious lives, no matter their background. With a heart for the next generation, he has spent over two decades loving and leading youths in their walk with Jesus. Jude actively ministers in Arrow—the church’s youth group for post-secondary students and full-time national servicemen aged 17 to 23—guiding them to grow in faith and purpose.

K E Mathews travelled extensively during his 12 years in the Singapore Foreign Service and witnessed that people everywhere face similar struggles. He is convinced that a revelation of Jesus and His finished work is the key to true success and fulfilment in life. In addition to ministering to the congregation and offering pastoral counsel, especially in the area of family and marriage, Mathews also helms the Indian life group, migrant outreach and parenting life groups in the church.

Louis Teng finds joy in serving the body of Christ, mentoring young adults and providing pastoral guidance to young married couples and those preparing for marriage. He relates well to people from all walks of life, and is passionate about unveiling the goodness of God in their lives. A faithful leader with a servant’s heart, Louis is also actively involved in pastoring the church community at large.

Pauline Ching’s heart is to see God’s people walk in a personal relationship with Jesus by pointing them to His overflowing grace. With over a decade of experience in ministering to women and providing pastoral care and counselling, she brings warmth, wisdom, and a listening ear to those she serves. Pauline also pastors the church at large at our service venues on Sundays.

Ronald Koh has a heart for God’s people and a desire to see them walk in their fullest potential by pointing them to Jesus and His finished work. Gifted with a strong administrative anointing, he oversees churchwide projects and global outreach initiatives that bless and strengthen the body of Christ, and advance the gospel. Ronald also provides pastoral care to the congregation.

Tina Teng’s vibrant personality and energy naturally draw young people to her, and open hearts to the gospel of Jesus Christ. A firm believer that no one is too young to encounter the Lord and know His heart, she embraces the next generation and empowers them to live lives set apart for Him. Tina currently pastors the young adults in our church and also ministers to the wider congregation.

Vegard Oremo believes that people's lives can be lovingly transformed when they find their identity in Christ. This passion has led him to minister full-time in his homeland, Norway, and Southeast Asia. With a desire to preach the gospel and win lives for the Lord Jesus Christ, he now serves as a volunteer pastor in the mission field of Southeast Asia.

Mark Ng is driven by a deep desire to unveil Christ and His finished work through the preaching of God’s Word. An engaging and humorous speaker, he connects powerfully with Chinese-speaking communities through relatable anecdotes and practical biblical truths. His messages are filled with grace and clarity, helping listeners experience Jesus in a personal way and apply His truths to everyday life.

Zoe Yuen oversees all the care groups in the Chinese Ministry—Mandarin, Hokkien and young adults—leading and shepherding them in their walk with Jesus. She is also the pastoral overseer of the Chinese Ministry’s creative ministries, nurturing and growing them as they serve in church. Gifted with a strong teaching anointing, she regularly preaches to the Chinese-speaking congregation on Sundays as well.

David Gan delights in seeing believers deepen their personal relationship with Jesus. He serves as a volunteer pastoral overseer to the Chinese Ministry's operations team and leads a day-care group under the church's Outreach ministry, regularly ministering to them and imparting life-transforming truths from the Word. Passionate about prayer and healing, he also regularly visits and ministers to those who are hospitalised.

Esther Tsang oversees the Chinese Ministry’s visitation team which regularly ministers to the sick through prayer and encouragement. She also leads a team that shepherds the Chinese-speaking congregation through grace discovery classes, and provides pastoral counsel and ministry support to them. Many have come to know the Lord through her compassionate sharing of the gospel.

Huang Mei Jie desires to see every child encounter Jesus and experience His love in a personal and lasting way. She is the venue pastor for Rock Kidz, our children's ministry, at Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms. A dedicated leader with a deep love for children, Mei Jie also oversees the in-class programme at Rock Kidz, ensuring that it is a safe, fun and spiritually-enriching space where children can grow in their faith.

Tabitha Loh, affectionately known as Pastor Tabbi to the children, is a cheerful, lively, and caring leader. She oversees the curriculum at Rock Kidz—our childrens ministry—and the production of Rock Kidz Online, and serves as the Rock Kidz venue pastor at The Star Performing Arts Centre. With a heart for children, she is passionate about helping them grow confidently in their identity in Christ.
