Earlier this year, I had been told by my supervisor that the company had to let me go because the firm was struggling amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. They needed to cut costs and unfortunately that involved the removal of my role. Just like that, I was let go the following day.

It felt surreal as I had been a good performer in the company and was supposed to be promoted this year. First, I was upset. Then came the worry, “What would I do now?” I felt anxious and could not sleep the entire night following the call with my supervisor.

I began looking for a new job immediately. In the natural, it seemed like a big challenge due to the economic downturn. But I knew my God works in mysterious ways and that I stood on victory ground regardless of my feelings, situation, or what the newspapers said. I declared over myself, “Because Jesus is my shepherd, I shall not lack a job!”

I held fast to who God says I am—the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus–as taught by Pastor Prince. The more I focused on God’s Word, the calmer I became. I told myself to let go and let God and meditated on His promises.

Two days later, I secured a new job! It was nothing short of a miracle. I was contacting people to inform them I was looking for a job. Suddenly, I felt a nudge in my spirit to message a business owner I knew. Turns out, he had been looking to fill a director-level position in his company. After a meeting and a call, I got the job. Praise the Lord!

When I told my friends, they were shocked. It was so unbelievable, it could only be the Lord Almighty. It is a good job with lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

How wonderful and awesome is my God? To Him be all the glory!

For a long time, I have had a shoulder condition that restricted my shoulder mobility. I play squash occasionally and whenever I play, I would not be able to hit the ball hard because of the pain in my shoulder.

Every Sunday, I would tune in to New Creation Church’s online service. On 27 September, Pastor Prince prayed for people with shoulder conditions.

After the prayer, I tried to move my right shoulder. At first, I could still feel the pain, but I chose to believe that I was already healed. So, I continued to move my shoulder and the pain left!

At the same time, I was also suffering from pain in my abdomen area. In the past, the doctor had found some ulcers in my stomach. But when Pastor Prince called out stomach conditions, I placed my hand on my abdomen to receive the prayer and the pain left. Praise God for a double portion of healing!

I went for a heart check-up last month as I wanted to increase my exercise intensity. However, the doctor revealed that my heart was pumping weakly. The report showed that the amount of blood that my heart was pumping was 15 per cent lower than normal—a sign of heart failure.

The doctor suggested that I go for an angiogram to check for heart artery blockages and go for a procedure if needed.

I was discouraged because I loved outdoor activities. Nonetheless, I believed that Jesus’ finished work has redeemed me from the condition with my heart.

The following Sunday, I tuned in to New Creation Church’s online service and Pastor Prince called out for heart arteries to be cleared in his closing prayer for the congregation. I was encouraged and received the healing for myself.

A week later, I went for my angiogram, and the doctor told me that they found no blocked heart arteries or any other condition that could weaken my heart! In fact, my condition had improved so much so that I was discharged on the spot. I was overjoyed. All glory to Jesus and His finished work!

Over the last two years, whenever I bent forward for a prolonged period of time, I would experience an ache in my lower back.

I would feel pain whenever I had to squat down to do my household chores, and would not be able to quickly stand up. At times, my back would feel uncomfortable even while standing up.

However, on Sunday, 11 October 2020, Pastor Prince called out for healing of those who were experiencing lower back pain. Immediately, I knew that I had to receive the healing. So, I cried out to Jesus and gave thanks to Him.

Now, I no longer suffer from backaches after bending down for prolonged periods of time. Hallelujah!

In April last year, I suffered a miscarriage and found out that I had a molar pregnancy, an abnormal form of pregnancy where the embryo fails to develop completely.

Our doctor advised us to wait for a year before trying for another baby. At the same time, I also terminated from a new job when my employers found out about my pregnancy. Nothing in my life seemed to be going smoothly.

One night, as I was in despair, I remembered my mother sharing with me about Pastor Prince and his sermons. I decided to attend New Creation Church with my husband. We started attending regularly and were renewed with strength each week. Despite all the bad things that were happening, we experienced an unspeakable joy and peace in our hearts.

I also received a new job offer during that time.

In September last year, we found out that I was pregnant again. I was initially worried as it had only been five months since my miscarriage. Then, at week 12 of my pregnancy, the doctor also told us that our baby could be at a high risk for Down syndrome and advised me to go for further tests.

My husband and I continued to pray and believe for a healthy baby, and we also partook of the holy Communion regularly. Praise the Lord, eventually, the results showed that the baby and I were both healthy.

Our baby Eva was delivered on 10 May 2020, healthy, and full of life. Praise the Lord, and thank you, Pastor Prince, for your grace-filled teachings!
