Testimonies

I have been a Christian since my college years. One day I happened to see Pastor Prince’s book Grace Revolution in a store. I’d heard of his name before and decided to buy the book. As soon as I began reading, my eyes opened and a fire burned in me like never before! I didn’t know how hungry I was to hear the true gospel of grace.

The desire for alcohol that I had consumed regularly since my high school years went away. I have also stopped smoking and have abstained from pre-marital sex for a year now—something I’ve always wanted to be able to do. My caffeine consumption has also drastically decreased.

I know it was the Holy Spirit that led me to be at the right place at the right time to buy the book that has changed my life! I am so on fire for the Word of God now and so glad God chose Pastor Prince to deliver the truth that is so desperately needed.

I have read so many of Pastor Prince’s books and have shared his teachings with many others. I am now able to read the Bible with a deeper understanding. I’m excited about my new walk with Jesus!

I started smoking as a teenager and was bound by the habit for about 16 years. I began attending New Creation Church in 2012 and was amazed to hear so many testimonies of people being delivered from various addictions just by hearing and believing the Word of God’s love and grace.

I’d tried to give up the habit a few times in the past but it barely lasted 3 days before I’d return to smoking again. So I gave up on trying to give up. I felt condemned, guilty, and didn’t like the fact I was bound by something so harmful. I prayed and when I heard testimonies from others, I started to ask the Lord, “Why not me, Lord?”  

One day, I got a hold of Pastor Prince’s teachings on wisdom and realized I had a lack of it in my life. I then started asking the Lord for wisdom to free me from the habit. One day I smoked the last packet I had and told the Lord I wanted it to be the last packet I smoked.  

I experienced some withdrawal struggles during the next few weeks and thoughts of giving up loomed in my mind. But I kept using His wisdom to counter those thoughts. Eventually I did not have any urge to smoke anymore. Praise Jesus!

It has been 5 years since then. I sometimes share my testimony with other believers who want to be liberated of their addictions and tell them that if Jesus can do it for me, He can do it for them too.  

Thank You, Lord Jesus. And thank you, Pastor Prince, for sharing the wonderful message of God’s grace. The goodness of God surely leads to repentance.

I’d fallen into many vices as a young boy even though I grew up in the church. My father wasn’t always around and my mother, though she tried her best, couldn’t keep me from the things I indulged in as a young boy.  

I started smoking at 13 and by the time I was 20, I had pretty much done every hard drug that could be obtained in my city—marijuana, cocaine, crack, codeine, and other pills. I was associated with a very well-known cult in my country and was rising through the ranks quickly. I was also rusticated from 2 universities which brought so much shame and sadness to my family.  

One day, I was lazily surfing through channels on television when I came across Pastor Prince’s program. The things he talked about and the way he presented the gospel of grace brought so much peace to me. I thought, Wow, I have to have more of this.  

So I set a reminder for whenever Pastor Prince’s sermons would air next, and no matter how high I was, I always tuned in to listen to the amazing grace of God. This prompted me to dive into the Bible myself to find out more about God’ grace.

Watching Pastor Prince’s programs on satellite television in Nigeria has changed my life tremendously. Through his ministry, I was able to learn about the gracious love of God in a way I’d never known before as I grew up believing I had to do good in order to get good from God, and when I failed, I had to confess all my sins.  

I had tried to stop taking drugs in the past, but the longest I had ever gone was 10 days, and I found myself back in my addiction and even worse off than before. I heard praise reports of other addicts declaring that they are the righteousness of God in Christ even in the midst of their addictions as they trusted the Lord for deliverance, and I began to declare that too.  

It has been over 3 years since Jesus set me free from my addiction! Every desire and craving I had has completely disappeared. I no longer associate myself with the cult and am back in university studying to become the first lawyer in my extended family. Everyone is proud of me now.

I really want to thank the Lord for Pastor Prince’s ministry. Through the grace of God presented to me by his ministry, I have been set free from the things that once held me bound. Hallelujah!

Pastor Prince, I first heard about your ministry some years ago when I was locked up in prison. My mother shared with me about your teachings on the gospel of grace and God’s love for me. I would love to tell you that when I got released from prison I ran back to God and started living right, but I did no such thing.  

Drugs and alcohol had such a hold on my life that it seemed as though I would die with a needle in my arm or a bottle in my hand or both. After many bad decisions, I was at a place where I had reached rock bottom. I had failed at being a wife, mother, daughter, friend, and person. I was completely lost and broken.

One day, I remembered your sermons and began to watch them daily. They filled me with the hope and knowledge that Jesus loves me and died for my sins so that I can be brought into His family. I realized that God was not angry with me and loves me more than I can imagine.  

Today I have been free from heroin for 2 years and alcohol for over a year. I have seen my life change dramatically just by trusting in God and being conscious of His love for me instead of being conscious of my sins. The Lord is continually changing me from the inside out and helping me grow.  

My relationship with my parents and son have been restored in full. I also have a wonderful, godly man in my life who prays for me and watches your sermons together with me. We plan on getting married and buying a house soon. I’m also planning to go back to school to become a paralegal and help others who are as lost as I was.  

Thank you, Pastor Prince, for your ministry. I still listen to your messages daily and have been deeply blessed by them. They have brought me back to the love of Jesus, who saved my life.

My youngest son was diagnosed with scoliosis when his X-ray showed a 17-degree curve in his spine. Upon receiving the news, fear, doubt, anger, sadness, worry, and condemnation began to set in our hearts. We were also concerned about potential disabilities and surgeries for my son in future.

As a pastor, I found myself struggling with my Christian beliefs. Nevertheless, I could feel the Lord’s loving embrace and peace as I prayed for my son. My church also prayed for him and we believed the Lord could, and would, heal him.

The doctor referred him to a children’s hospital and arranged for an appointment. By faith, we decided to go for the appointment to confirm the healing that had already begun. Even though doubt, condemnation, and fear crept into our hearts, we kept declaring the finished work of the cross and partook of the holy Communion.

During the appointment, the doctor examined my son and took more X-rays. Then she said, “I have good news for you!” and showed us the X-rays that displayed no trace of scoliosis. Our son’s spine had straightened out. The Lord had healed him! There is victory and power in the cross indeed!

We now distribute a copy of Pastor Prince’s book, The Power of Right Believing, to every new member in our church. We believe miracles happen as we fill ourselves with the good news of the gospel.
