Testimonies

I had been a believer for over forty years but I was miserable. I was addicted to wine and taking medication for insomnia. I was also depressed and hated my life.

I lost my godmother, my father, and my best friend of over 25 years. I also lost my job, house, and other family members.

I have a 25-year-old son who ended up in jail for doing and selling drugs. He has been stealing from others, including me, since he was 12. I also have a 42-year-old son who is an alcoholic and a marijuana user. He also sold drugs for a living.

But I still trusted the Lord. I brought my children up in church but we were under wrong believing and lived under the law. I knew life had to be more than this and that God had a calling for me, but I couldn’t find a way out of the mess. Eventually, I depended on medicine, marijuana, and wine to help me sleep and go about my daily life.

One day, I saw Pastor Prince on television talking about how as believers, we can declare that we are the righteousness of God in Christ even when we’re still in our addictions and trusting Him to break free. He also taught about the holy Communion. My spirit came alive—I’d never heard God’s Word preached like that before.

I began to declare that I am the righteousness of God in Christ and partook of the holy Communion daily. Today I have been free of alcohol, medications, and drugs for over a year! I no longer have any desire for drugs, alcohol, or pills.

Pastor Prince, ever since I started watching your television broadcast, my life has changed. I’ve also been teaching my two sons about the gospel of grace. They have been born again. My younger son in jail will be coming home any day now.

Thank you, Pastor Prince, for preaching the gospel of grace. Because I believe right, I now live right! I continue to pray for you and your family. Because of the message you preach, lives are being changed. Hallelujah!

I had a knee injury five years ago and it sort of healed. In August this year, my knee problem came back when I went for an evening run.

I was limping in pain and my knee was swollen. I saw a doctor and was referred to an orthopaedic specialist. He did some procedures and concluded that it was a meniscus tear and surgery might be the only option.

For two weeks, I was grimacing in pain and had difficulty walking. I was on high dosages of painkillers and steroid injections.

Then, during one of the online services in September, Pastor Prince called forth healing for knee joint conditions. I received the prayer for myself.

Over the next few days, the pain subsided and I was able to walk without any discomfort. Subsequently, I did my MRI scan and went for my scheduled medical review. Praise Jesus, the doctor told me he could not find any meniscus tear at all and I was discharged on the spot.

God had indeed healed me

On 13 October, I woke up with a slight discomfort in my left eye. However, I dismissed it and went about my daily activities.

The next day, I felt my left eyelid becoming heavier and droopy and I started experiencing blurry vision in my left eye. I went to see a general practitioner and was referred to the emergency department where I was sent for blood tests and an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan.  

Subsequently, I was warded for observation. Thankfully, all my test results came back normal and the specialists ruled out the possibilities of stroke and neuromuscular diseases. According to them, the only possible explanation for my condition was tiredness or ageing.

I was discharged the next day without any medication or treatment, and was required to return for follow-up checks. While I felt better, my left eyelid was still droopy. I was concerned as the cause of my symptom was still not known. So, I continued to partake of the holy Communion with my family.

Then on Sunday, 18 October, my family attended to my two young boys in the morning, allowing me to sleep in. The broadcast of the first service was playing in the background and I remembered asking God to heal me.

We subsequently went out for brunch before returning home to catch the later service. While we were out, I received a text from my church leader saying that Pastor Prince had called out my condition. Both my wife and I were surprised.

We got home before the 2nd service ended and heard Pastor Prince calling out my condition! Immediately, I raised my hands to receive the healing in faith. My family was amazed and they too prayed for me.

About two weeks later, when I went for my follow-up check, the neurologist gave me a clean bill of health. My symptoms were all gone. Knowing that the neurologist was also a Christian, I showed him Pastor Prince’s video and he was amazed. He commented that in all his years of practice, he had never encountered this before. Praise God for His overwhelming love for me and for allowing the people around me to reaffirm their conviction that God is real!

I was looking for a job switch since January, but there were no open doors. In August this year, I was asked to leave my company. However, I continued to hold on to the theme of the year and believed that the Lord would provide for me.

On 6 September, I was further encouraged after hearing a testimony of how a sister received a job with a good position.

In October, I received a job offer for a managerial position with a 50 per cent increase in my salary. In the natural, with my current experience, the managerial role should have taken me another three to four years to attain. The Lord has truly accelerated time for me!

I was initially concerned that my future employers would change their minds during the verification process. But on Sunday, 18 October, Pastor Prince declared to the viewers that they would experience the Lord’s grace manifesting abundantly the following week.

Sure enough, the verification process was completed smoothly and I officially joined the company on 27 October. Praise God for His grace!

I had been suffering from a pain in my mouth and a runny nose for about two months. I eventually went for a medical examination when I began experiencing severe headaches that greatly impacted my daily activities.

I was diagnosed with acute sinusitis and was placed on medication. But I was still experiencing sharp pain in my head whenever I stood up to walk or even tried to turn my neck.

On Sunday, 1 November, I decided to tune in to New Creation Church’s online service despite the pain I was feeling in my head. When Pastor Prince got to the end of his message and began calling out various conditions, I remained attentive.

Then, Pastor Prince mentioned a case of someone with a bad headache, and commanded the headache to go in Jesus’ name! I said Amen! Immediately, I noticed that I was no longer feeling the sharp pain in my head.

When I stood up for the blessing at the end of the service, the headache was gone! I can now turn my neck and move around without any pain in my head. I want to thank the Lord Jesus for healing me and also Pastor Prince for making himself available to be used by God to bless this generation.
